Medical Equipment
Administrative law judge determines that air cleaner falls into exception from ban on funding environmental equipment in that cleaner serves medical purpose and would not be useful to an individual in absence of illness. Agency rejects finding that cleaner is clearly environmental equipment. Decision: 7 N.J.A.R. 245
