Character Testimony
Character testimony should be considered in mitigation of any penalty imposed upon an electrical contractor for negligent work. Decision: 1 N.J.A.R. 112
Conflict of Interest
Electrical inspector violated conflict rule by also working as an electrician, even though the work was in another county. The inspector's license was revoked and the company he did inspections for was fined. Decision: 12 N.J.A.R. 365
Gross Negligence
Failure to perform work in accordance with applicable industry standards supports a finding that such work was performed in a grossly negligent fashion. Decision: 1 N.J.A.R. 112
