- Annual Report
- Since treasurer of party committee was required to certify correctness of annual report, he may be held liable for late filing. Decision: 7 N.J.A.R. 251
- Campaign Financing Report
- Candidates were fined for failing to file required campaign financing reports in a timely manner. The forms were submitted, but in the name of an .agent who was not properly identified. Decision: 12 N.J.A.R. 558
- Political Committee
- Organization formed to secure signatures on petition for recall is a political committee as defined by the Campaign Contributions Act and is therefore subject to filing requirements of the law. Decision: 11 N.J.A.R. 376
- Reporting Requirements
- Failure to file a timely annual financial report is not excused by a state committee's claim that it had been granted an informal extension of the filing deadline; any reliance on such an extension was not justifiable since it was grounded in the perception of the state committee's representative alone and since the evidence showed the committee was told to file a report as soon as possible. Decision: 2 N.J.A.R. 108
