Conflict of Interest
While the method used by a vendor in dealing with public officials may aid in arriving at the suitability of that vendor for the award of a contract, it cannot by itself be dispositive of the contract's validity. Decision: 5 N.J.A.R. 029
Vendor
Where a vendor has failed or delayed to discharge its obligation under law, has.disregarded proper relationships with public officials charged with oversight responsibilities and has had a pattern of questionable fiscal practices, that vendor is not a suitable vendor for a public contract. Decision: 5 N.J.A.R. 029
