Business Integrity
Convictions evidencing a lack of business integrity and honesty are sufficient grounds for contract debarment. Decision: 7 N.J.A.R. 182
Criminal Appeal
An administrative agency may debar an individual from agency contracting before the exhaustion of the individual's appeal of his criminal conviction and pending a hearing on debarment. Decision: 7 N.J.A.R. 182
Prevailing Wage Act
Debarment is mandatory when there is a violation of the Prevailing Wage Act. However, the Commissioner of the Department of Labor has discretion not to pursue a debarment proceeding when the Commissioner believes that debarment is not justified. Decision: 11 N.J.A.R. 559
