Outdoor Advertising
Permit for advertising sign adjacent to Atlantic City Expressway can only be denied if it is established that the sign will interfere with the safety of the traveling public. Such proof requires a showing that the sign is diversionary and the roadway is uniquely hazardous. Decision: 10 N.J.A.R. 161
