Disqualification of Officers: Officers of Local 54 were disqualified because of their association with a member of an organized crime cartel. That relationship was deemed inimical to the policies of the Casino Control Act, although there was no evidence of impropriety or influence. Decision: 12 N.J.A.R. 718
