Synopsis: Petitioner alleged that the Denville Board of Education had illegally acted to close an elementary school without adequate citizen involve- ment and sought an order keeping the school open for at least two years. The administrative law judge assigned to the case concluded that although the Board had not formed a citizen advisory committee to study the closing, the Board had made a good faith effort to keep the public informed of all its actions concerning the school closing.
