I hereby, pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by law including, but not limited to, Chapter 16 of the Laws of 1941 approved March 15, 1941, appoint
to assistant in the examination and investigation of the management of the affairs of the State Highway Department by the Highway Commissioner and the other officers and employees thereof, as ordered by Executive Order No. 2, dated the first day of July, 1941.
GIVEN under my hand and the Great Seal of the State of New Jersey, this
